Exciting Faculty Announcement

Dorianne Laux		Patricia Smith

We are pleased to welcome nationally renowned poets, Dorianne Laux and Patricia Smith, who will join us for the first time at the Getaway. Dorianne will be coming from Raleigh, where she teaches at North Carolina State University. Patricia, who lives in North Jersey, is a professor at the City University of New York/College of Staten Island, and is on the faculty of both Cave Canem and the Stonecoast MFA program at the University of Southern Maine.

Dorianne and Patricia will be joining Pulitzer Prize winner Stephen Dunn as our Special Guests for 2011. All three will be leading special sessions of Advanced Poetry Writing.
